Privacy Policy & TCPA Disclosures

This Privacy Policy describes how Reinier Cancio (NMLS #1615071), a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator operating through Bold Mortgage (NMLS #75243) — collectively, "we," "us," or "our" — collect, use, and protect information submitted through reinierloans.com (the "Site").
1. Information we collect
When you submit a contact form on the Site, we collect the information you choose to provide, typically: your name, email address, phone number, preferred loan type, and any additional details you share. We also automatically log basic technical information (browser, device, referring page, and timestamp) to protect the integrity of the form and to document consent records where applicable.
We do not collect sensitive financial information (such as Social Security numbers, credit card numbers, or bank account numbers) through this website. If you move forward with a mortgage application, you will be directed to a secure lender portal operated by Bold Mortgage.
2. How we use your information
We use the information you submit to:
- Respond to your inquiry and provide the mortgage information you requested;
- Contact you by phone, text message, or email about your inquiry and — if you have given consent — about additional mortgage products and services;
- Maintain a record of your communication and consent preferences;
- Comply with federal and state legal obligations, including recordkeeping requirements under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act ("TCPA"), the CAN-SPAM Act, and applicable state consumer protection laws.
3. TCPA & marketing communications consent
By submitting a form with the TCPA consent checkbox selected, you expressly authorize Reinier Cancio and Bold Mortgage to contact you at the telephone number(s) and email address(es) you provide — including through the use of automatic telephone dialing systems, artificial voice, and prerecorded messages — with marketing, informational, and transactional communications related to mortgage products and services. This consent applies even if your number is registered on a federal or state Do-Not-Call list.
Consent is not a condition of obtaining any product or service. You may request mortgage information without providing this consent by calling us directly at (305) 492-2404.
Standard message and data rates may apply to text messages sent or received. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry. We do not sell your contact information to third parties.
4. How to opt out
You may withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time, at no cost. To opt out:
- Text messages: reply STOP to any text message we send.
- Calls: ask the representative to remove you from our contact list.
- Email: click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email RCancio@boldmortgage.io with the subject line "Unsubscribe."
- All communications: email RCancio@boldmortgage.io with your name and phone number and request removal from all lists.
Opt-out requests are honored promptly. Transactional messages directly related to an active mortgage application may continue after a marketing opt-out to the extent permitted by law.
5. How we share your information
We may share the information you submit with Bold Mortgage and its authorized employees, loan processors, underwriters, and service providers strictly for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and processing any mortgage application you initiate. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to unaffiliated third parties for their marketing purposes.
We may disclose information where required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect our legal rights or the safety of others.
6. Data retention
Inquiry records, consent records, and associated communications are retained for the period required by applicable federal and state law — typically a minimum of five (5) years for consent records under TCPA-related regulations and related mortgage recordkeeping rules. You may request deletion of information at any time by emailing RCancio@boldmortgage.io, subject to our legal recordkeeping obligations.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information submitted through the Site. No internet transmission is 100% secure, so we encourage you to avoid sending sensitive information through any web form.
8. Cookies
This website uses only essential functional storage (for example, remembering your language preference). We do not use third-party advertising pixels or cross-site tracking cookies by default. If analytics are added in the future, they will be disclosed here and configured in a privacy-preserving way.
9. Your rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you; the right to opt out of certain disclosures; and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. To submit a request, email RCancio@boldmortgage.io.
10. Children's privacy
